Forgot your OnaWay portal password? No problem, resetting your password is pretty easy and you can do it on your own. Here's what to do:
- Go to the portal login screen https://theonaway.com/pages/client-login
- Enter your user name. Call us if you don't have it, 413-209-8364. We can see user names but not passwords.
- Click on forgot password (see example above in yellow).
- If you setup security questions when you registered, try those. If that doesn't work, continue on with these steps
- A temporary password will be emailed to the email you used in the registration process.
- Use the temporary password and login again
- Follow the reset password prompts to something new. Hang onto that so you can skip this whole process next time!
